Greet America has built a strong Quality Assurance Program where training and coaching are heavily emphasized on the front end. Quality checks are conducted randomly throughout all our programs. We maintain a strong base of Internet-enabled field representatives in order to minimize retraining and to maximize consistency and uniformity. With centralized control, we are able to review all merchant visits, applications, enrollments, sampling and demo reports, etc., as soon as they arrive at our corporate offices. Greet America auditors are trained to recognize any suspicious patterns or erroneous information during the screening process.

Greet America prides itself on the quality control measures that have been installed in every level of the program process. The extensive control is carried out from the moment we are awarded a program and continues until we have submitted our final report.
